truAmerican Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with truAmerican. We take immense pride in crafting premium, high-quality products that honor the American spirit. Because many of our items are limited-edition releases, custom-printed, or unique commemorative pieces, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors.

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our specialty product lines, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Limited Edition Commemorative Prints: All numbered heritage prints and serialized artwork are final sale.

  • Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

  • Final Sale Items: Any clearance items or products explicitly marked "Final Sale" at checkout.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, features a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • For verified damaged or defective items, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you, or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable due to limited stock.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@truAmerican.co with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
