truAmerican Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting truAmerican. We are dedicated to delivering our premium, commemorative products to you in excellent condition. Because many of our items are custom-printed or limited-edition heritage releases, please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our processing timelines and delivery procedures.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel, Fine Art Prints): These items are custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

  • In-Stock & Limited Edition Items: Serialized or pre-packaged goods typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Note: Processing and production times do not include weekends or national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Standard transit times generally take 3 to 5 business days once the carrier receives the package.

  • Express Shipping: Fast-tracked transit options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

Please note that delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume and destination.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours. If your order contains multiple distinct items (e.g., a commemorative wall print and a graphic tee), they may ship in separate packages to ensure safe transport. You will receive tracking details for each package.

4. Damages & Shipping Issues

truAmerican is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier. However, we honor our commitment to our community:

  • If you receive your order damaged, please preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Take clear photos of the damage and contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@truAmerican.co so we can initiate a claim and arrange a replacement for you.

5. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier first. If it remains missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist you in locating the package or filing a carrier investigation.
